Little animals, a trocha story

Mariquilla is a girl made of sea foam, hot sand and “aliñás” potatoes.
Mariquilla is yeyé like the dog Marilyn and she likes to run.
Mariquilla is sometimes fierce, like the coughing wolf.
When Mariquilla was little, she liked to hide behind the bathroom door and cut her hair with scissors.
When Mariquilla was little, her neighbor used to tell her loudly that she was bad, worse than a gray rat "raised" in a prickly pear tree, and Mariquilla believed it. Mariquilla didn't know that despite all this, she was good.
This is a very serious and humorous story about human animals, some scare you and others smile at you and take your hand.
We talk about the fear of abandonment, about assuming responsibilities that are too big for the protagonist, but we do it with humor and tenderness.

• Trochería is a word used in Huelva to say that something is nonsense, without head or tail, but funny. A trocha story is therefore a silly story. Anyone who tells nonsense is a trocha person.
